These villas can accommodate NDIS participants eligible for the following SDA design categories:

– High Physical Support,

– Fully Accessible, and

– Improved Liveability.

These 2-bedroom villas feature accessible bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious living areas and reinforced ceilings with provision for hoist installation.

The villas are for shared living – 2 bedrooms for 2 participants. One of our villas is equipped with an Onsight Overnight Assistant, providing round-the-clock assistance where needed.

These villas offer private courtyards, and well-equipped kitchen. They are equipped with zone-controlled air conditioning and provision for assistive technology to be installed.
