SDA DESIGN GUIDELINES
The SDA Design Standard provides in-depth guidelines for the design of newly constructed Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) properties aiming to be enrolled in the NDIS.
The standard organizes SDA design into four primary categories, as defined in the SDA Rules (2020):
- Improve Livability
- Robust
- Fully Accessible
- High Physical Support

RESIDENTIAL TENANCY

This service is designed as supplementary, backup support and is not intended to replace your regular supports. It is entirely optional, and choosing not to sign up will not impact your tenancy, ensuring that your choice and control are fully respected.
