STA & MTA Properties Available
Short-Term Accommodation (STA): The NDIS provides STA for participants to enjoy a break, foster independence, or explore new environments. Beneficial to both participants and carers, STA funding covers essential costs like lodging, meals, and supports, with a wide range of options available.
Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA): MTA is for participants temporarily unable to reside in their long-term homes, often due to renovations or waiting for an upcoming vacancy with an SDA. The NDIS funds MTA for up to 90 days, covering only lodging costs, while support is funded separately.
Our aim is to support NDIS participants in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life by providing a supportive environment and access to the necessary services and resources.
