Disability Housing for Support Providers
We offer support providers a range of accessible homes for rent across Perth and Mandurah. Each property is designed for accessibility, comfort, and long-term stability, promoting participant independence while aligning with your operational needs.
Our flexible leases are structured as follows:
Yaran, as the property owner, leases the home directly to you (the support provider / tenant).
You (the support provider) enter into a service agreement with your client (lodger), covering accommodation and support services.
The corporate leasing options available are as follows:
- 12-month Fixed Term Lease
- Periodic Lease
Under the periodic lease, if your client moves out or if you wish to discontinue the arrangements, then the lease can be terminated by the you by giving only 21 days’ notice, in accordance with the Residential Tenancy Act.

Rentals for Support Providers.
About Our Corporate Lease:
• Standard REIWA Tenancy rules apply.
• Yaran is happy to do minor modifications to make the property more accessible for the tenant.
• Yaran can provide fully furnished properties.
• Utilities paid by Support Provider.
• Furniture can be provided at an additional cost to rent.
Corporate Lease Conditions:
The following conditions apply to all lease arrangements:
• NDIS Participants to be housed in Yaran NDIS accommodation must have no behaviours of concern affecting neighbours or damage to property.
• The Support Provider as the tenant will be responsible for any repairs to the property due to damages caused by the tenant.
• If your guest does exhibit behaviours which adversely affect the neighbours or causes damage to property, then Yaran will be able to request the Support Provider to have the guest immediately vacate the property.
• Multiple properties available now for these arrangements.
